In this time of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our lifestyle has changed and been limited to mostly sitting at home. This leaves us all with not much space for exercise, especially affecting those who go to the gym.
Without us leaving the house, our bodies will slowly become less flexible and our fitness may not be in perfect condition.
