Both the compression sleeve and the standard knee support are practically invisible when worn under clothes.

The hinged knee brace however, is a little more bulky and is designed to be worn over your trousers.

Tighter is better, and in most cases it will be immediately obvious what level of tightest is best for you.

However, it is important not to restrict blood flow. You should be bale to just squeeze a finger into the top of the knee support. If you can't, loosen it up a little.

For best fitting, it is recommended you sit down with your knee slightly bent in front of you.

If you struggle to lean forward enough, consider popping your foot on a stood to bring your knee closer to your body.

Most people can expect to enjoy immediate pain relief from wearing a knee support.

In some cases (especially if it's cold), the knee support can take a while to warm up to the temperature of the body. At this stage you'll find it better moulds to your unique shape and provides even better support.
