Covid-19 Notice: Due to a diminished workforce + extra precautions taking during our logistic processes we are no longer offering a Guaranteed Next Working Day service.
Please be assured that all Essential Wellness warehouses continue to operate effectively, and in many cases we are still managing to dispatch orders same day.
There are two delivery options that you can choose from in checkout and please note that our cut-off point for same day dispatch is 3pm Monday to Friday (although, to be comfortable we generally ask you complete your order by 2:45pm. We do not dispatch orders on weekends however, depending on your area you may still receive your delivery on Saturday.
Delivery Options You Can Choose From
Free and Fast Delivery - Which arrives within 3 working days of dispatch.
Faster Delivery - Which arrives within 1 to 2 days of dispatch.
The Faster Delivery option can be chosen in checkout for a little extra. And, every order is tracked from our warehouse to your door and you will receive a notification of your tracking number once we dispatch your order and a link to the web page you can go to to check your item whereabouts.
Additional Delivery Information
For the purposes of working our what a working day is please use Monday to Friday - if you receive your parcel on a Saturday then consider that a bonus. We also regret to inform you that we can't redirect parcels which are already en-route. Please take care when entering your postal address during checkout.

Return Information
You have 30 days from when you receive your order to try the item and ensure that it is right for you. While we do accept returns for any reason, we feel 30 days is more than enough time and will not accept returns after this point. In addition, we reserve the right to issue partial refunds should the returned items not be in a resalable condition.
We do not cover the cost of returning items to our warehouse.
Note on Covid-19: We are thoroughly disinfecting all returns as they arrive to our warehouse. They are then quarantined for a further 14 days prior to re-entering general inventory.
Returning an item for exchange of refund is simply a case of sending the item back to us in it's original packaging to the address: Essential Wellness, Suite 101, 6 Queen Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2SQ
Please include a note within the package for easy identification by our warehouse team indicating whether you would like an Exchange (including the new size you'd like) or Refund. Your order number (typically 4 or 5 digits starting with a #) and any other pertinent information we need to know to fulfil your request.

Returns received must be in a resaleable condition, and we reserve the right to refuse or deduct a fair proportion from any monies due to be refunded for dirty items or damaged packaging respectively.
