not a very good device, as one person alone cannot position the back support on the back, as the person placing the ' EssentialWellness ' device in place on the subject male's back doesn't reveal that it is pretty well impossible for the subject male to do it himself or tighten straps too, let alone make any adjustments or take it off.

One size does not fit all. As a woman, size 12/14, it cuts in under the armpits.

Upper back support
The concept of the upper back support was brilliant. however because I have a slight curve in my upper spine the piece at the back kept riding up my spine to nape of neck therefore not really helping me so after talking with on line physio I have now sent it back for a refund.

Item requires help to fit, tighten and and do up at the back. Unsuitable for those living alone especially the elderly and/ or disabled.
