Covid-19 Notice: Our delivery partners inform us that they are experiencing Covid-19 based delays. Due to a diminished workforce + extra precautions taking during their logistic processes. Please be assured that all Essential Wellness warehouses continue to operate effectively, and in many cases we are still managing to dispatch orders same day.
Essential Wellness offers same day dispatch and Free and Fast Delivery on each and every order placed with us.
There are three delivery options that you can choose from in checkout and please note that our cut-off point for same day dispatch is 3pm Monday to Friday (although, to be comfortable we generally ask you complete your order by 2:45pm. We do not dispatch orders on weekends however, depending on your area you may still receive your delivery on Saturday.

Free and Fast Delivery - Which arrives within 3 working days of you placing your order.
Faster Delivery - Which arrives within 1 to 2 days of you placing your order.
The Faster Delivery option can be chosen in checkout for a little extra. And, every order is tracked from our warehouse to your door and you will receive a notification of your tracking number once we dispatch your order and a link to the web page you can go to to check your item whereabouts.
Additional Delivery Information
For the purposes of working our what a working day is please use Monday to Friday - if you receive your parcel on a Saturday then consider that a bonus. We also regret to inform you that we can't redirect parcels which are already en-route. Please take care when entering your postal address during checkout.
You have 30 days from when you receive your order to try the item and ensure that it is right for you. While we do accept returns for any reason, we feel 30 days is more than enough time and will not accept returns after this point. In addition, we reserve the right to issue partial refunds should the returned items no be in a resalable condition.
Currently, we do not cover the cost of people returning items to warehouses.
Note on Covid-19: We are thoroughly disinfecting all returns as they arrive to our warehouse. They are then quarantined for a further 14 days prior to re-entering general inventory.
