The Karma Promise

We want you to feel the benefits. If you don't, or the fit isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Need a different size? Send yours back and we'll post the new size to you free of charge.

Our Karma System asks one thing: return it in the condition you would expect to receive it yourself. That means as new, clean and undamaged, in its original packaging, including any branded packaging and inserts.

If an item comes back damaged, dirty, visibly worn or without its original packaging, we deduct a restocking fee of 15% of the item's price from your refund. The fee never applies to an item that arrived faulty or damaged, and none of this affects your statutory rights.

We can't accept returns of gift cards, or of insoles that have been cut to size or worn.
