We operate three delivery rates for all Orthopaedic Supports and all orders may incur up to 1 business day handling time. Although, we, of course, endeavour greatly to fulfil all orders on the same day on which they are placed.
We obtain a tracking reference for each order posted, and this can be requested at will by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
All delivery charges are non-refundable except at our discretion.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a situation challenging and uncertain for everyone, we are doing everything we can as a business to prevent any disruption to our deliveries.
At this time, all orders are taking up to 24 hours to be processed and many deliveries are experiences delays via the Royal Mail.
