This product helps me so much if I have to do psysical efort. I bought one for my mom and one for my older brother as well. The quality of thr material is very good, amazing velcro quality. This support belt keeps my body composure straight and no presure on my back also. The belt feels very good quality and has two different adjustments so to make it fit perfectly as I would usually be a size small but the medium is fine. I’ve worn it a few times only for a short period just to help as I have a herniated disc which is healing at the moment and thought this might help.
