Taking me a while to learn how to fit the brace and achieve maximum security. Had thought there would be an instruction leaflet for fitting with the item. There wasn't and I went on to the web site to watch the film about fitting. Customers without access to the internet need to be aware that no instructions are with the item. Web site is very helpful though

I read in the reviews that someone had a problem with it scratching the skin....I used an elasticated tubigrip underneath the braces and had no problem at all. For skiing, I would not have known I had them on....slightly bulky when flexing and squatting, but a small price to pay for the super support...no knee injuries! No need to go for physio after my holiday!!!! Brilliant! I shall use them again for any activity where there is strain on my knees. Perfect...thank you!

The hinged knee brace is a great help. It took me a while to master fitting the brace and since then I have found that it keeps my knee stable. It doesn't remove all pain but it eliminates those spasms of intense pain I used to experience. I couldn't have walked for about 5 miles in the countryside today or even think about doing the family shopping tomorrow. I am sure that it will keep me mobile until I get my knee replaced.
