Our Karma System

Essential Wellness wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund. You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be 'as new' and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which must be undamaged, including any applicable paper inserts. 

Essentially, the same condition as what you would expect to receive it yourself. We call that, our Karma System.  


Where do your products come from?

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. 

Our branded products are manufactured in China to strict and very precise specifications of our in-house UK trained Physiotherapists.

Each one of our Orthopaedic Supports is designed to protect, support and comfort in the most ergonomic and (more importantly) effective way possible.

Are purchases tax deductible?

All of the purchase price of the item goes directly to funding the cost of the products, the shop overheads and advertising Essential Wellness, therefore we're not able to provide a tax receipt for any of the purchase. 

Will my order get to me without any issues?

We use Royal Mail Signed For services for all deliveries inside the United Kingdom and abroad as standard. The Royal Mail is the United Kingdom's premier postal service, and 'Signed For' practically guarantees safe delivery to you in a fast and efficient manner.

For international purchases all of our shipments leave the United Kingdom and will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs. 

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

How long does delivery take, and can I track my order?

We operate three delivery rates for all Orthopaedic Supports and all orders may incur up to 1 business day handling time. Although, we of course endeavour greatly to fulfil all orders on the same day which they are placed.

1. Free delivery as standard on all orders uses the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service.

2. Fast Shipping is an additional extra and uses the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service.

3. Guaranteed Next Working Day is an optional extra which will see your items arrive the very next working day. NOTE: Please obey the cutoff times displayed on the product order page, and the service does not work for Saturday deliveries, nor Sunday.

We obtain a tracking reference for each order posted, and this can be requested at will by emailing[email protected] with your order number.

All delivery charges are non-refundable except at our discretion.

Will my Orthopaedic Support fit? How do you think about sizes?

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. Our products are all fully adjustable and have been designed to stay supportive across a broad range of sizes. Each item is also Unisex and can be used by either men, women or teens.


After customer feedback received we introduced an XL variant of the Knee Support, and we offer free exchanges between these two sizing categories, all we ask is that you pay your return postage to us and abide by our Karma System. 

As we introduce new products in the future, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

Tell me more about shipping, delivery and returns.

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (Royal Mail). 

However, in the very unlikely event that you experience a delayed delivery, your first instance would be to reach out to us and make us aware so we track the location of the package.

We're very confident you will not want to return your purchase once you feel the benefit. However, if you do have need to return it then please find the details within our full returns policy.
